My son and I are headed to the range Saturday. We are taking the following two ARs for 'first-lead'...
1: A4 flattop, Irons, 20" Sabre barrel(1:7), BCM BCG, DD Omega rails, A2 stock. Fresh from Frankenstein's castle. 2: Bushmaster XM15-2ES 16"(1:9) patrolman's carbine. NIB, Irons. We plan on warming them up a bit then going to zero. We have 600 rounds of Q3131 and 400 rounds of FedXM193 available. Will try to get some heavier 62gr rounds at the range shop. Mags: (sorry-no Pmags). C-products SS (20s and 30s), NTHMG (20s and 30s), USGI (straight from the desert - 30s). I'm planning on plenty of pics for your viewing pleasure. Any suggestions/ideas of information any of you would like to see? We don't have a Luke Skywalker Quantum bullet FPS device so you ballistics guys will have to do with looking at holes in paper. Just figured since we are going we might as well gather any info that might be of use/interest to you BRD folks. I appreciate any input y'all might have. |
