| Went to the range today with my 18yr. son and A good friend. My BCM 16" midlenth is pinned to a CMMG lower. On top is a Leupold VX - III 1 - 5 X 20 scope, mounted to LaRue LT-104 mount. I have installed a Timney #3 Trigger. I have an A2 stock on It ,I get a much better cheek weld than an M4 stock ymmv. It has about 1,000rds on It total ,We put 200 down It today all PPU M855.The avg. about 1.5" @ 50 yds. It has not malfunctioned at all from the first shot till now. As to the LT-104 mount It does stay zeroed no matter how many times you remount It. The Timney trigger, love It. also no malfunction. also zeroed in a ( new ) Ruger 10/22 that I had to rebuild 75% of to make It look & work like It should have from the factory. I've been shooting a lot more .22's than 5.56 lately. the best part of the day was watching my son shooting and the big smile on his face. |
