There is some tiny movement between my Stag lower and DTI upper ... just a little wiggle. How do I get it tight?

a little play is harmless, some might call it normal. it won't affect function. some people recommend using an accuwedge. i've seen them cause more problems than they solve.

put a rubber o-ring on your front thingy that the pivot pin goes through, locks them tight, there wear out if you take it on and off over time but they are cheap and they work very well.

It's no big deal.

Use an accuwedge if it really bugs you (accuwedges & O-rings end up in some weird places when they let go though).

Sometimes if it makes you feel better, you are more confident in your shooting. I agree, it does no physical good, just pyschological.

Quick Tip...Better and cheaper then a O ring or Accu-wedge

Cut a piece of a rubber band. ( about a half inch pieces )

Place it flat near the front pivot...between the lower and upper.

Close it on the rubber band.

It will lock the upper and lower up nice and tight. Leave a few pieces in your gun bag.

The JP rear tension pin works well for $40, but you need to use allen keys every time to open up the gun.

I've seen those, they look interesting. Never got a chance to try one though.
