Put a set of Magpul MBUS on my gun (Bravo Company upper).  Got it zeroed in today and am pleased with the way it shoots.  My problem is that the rear sight is dialed almost all the way over to the right.  Your insights as to why this may be and if it presents a problem would be much appreciated.

Out of spec sight or out of spec upper or barrel pulled while it was being installed and is thus not properly top dead center.
