Tell me if I m wrong but it seems to me the better of the rear sights is the carry handle sight? Still works with a scope. Correct or not. Thanks a lot, I am new to the game

folding BUIS is the way to go with a scope

Is that an adjustable sight? How would the scope mount work, I guess it would have to sit high?
