I have a Colt LE6940 with the Magpul MBUS rear sight . After sighting it in AT 25 METERS, the rear sight ended up adjusted very far left. Is this normal?

Not every gun will be dead center.

It's normal, both mine and most the people I know does the same thing.

Not unusual at all.  Lots of possible reasons, but none of them matter, frankly.  If you mount a scope, then misalignment between your upper and your barrel (most likely cause) could cost you some windage adjustment range in one direction in the scope turret.  That could be a problem at long range shooting, if you are using the windage turret to make adjustment.  But, that's about it.  Will not matter with your MBUS.
