I have a midlength RRA upper and, a LMT lower 1/2. I can't get the rear pin to go in. Thought maybe the rear hole in the upper may be ovaled. I tried the front pin in the rear hole and no problems. Anyone else have problems like this? If so what did you do to fix it. I don't want to force it for obvious reasons. Should I just sand the pin down?

Try to put some oil on both pins. It may just be a tight fit bewteen the upper and lower.

DO NOT try to sand or grind the pin or the hole in either the upper or lower.

First, if you have a tight fit between an assembled upper and lower, then put the back pin in first, then the front pin.

Put some triflow on the pins. Started the rear pin and still really tight. Can not get it to go in or out without tapping it with a rubber mallet and pin pusher. I guess it will wear in eventually.

Ive had a few tight ones like that, It will break in after you shoot it. Its better to have a nice tight fit than a loose fit IMO. RRA's seem to always fit pretty tight.

Two of my three Rock River lowers were like this.  500 rounds later and I could take the rear pin out without using a nylon punch.
