I want to rebarrel in stainless my OLY flattop 16" bull upper and make a real accurate sub 1/2" preferable sub 1/3" shooter for targets and varmints. Not DCM. I don't care about weight. Willing to spend up to $500.

1. How do you recommend I go about this and what parts do you recommend? Douglas barrel? Krieger? etc. New matched bolt?

2. Who should I have do it? Compass Lake? JP? Wilson? Others?

Kreiger barrel with matching bolt from Compass Lake...I think it's exactly $500 for a rebarrel with new bolt.  Make sure you include your float tube when you send the upper...they'll put that on for next to nothing, I'm sure.
