I've got a .223 barrel I would like to have rechambered to 5.56 or .223 Wylde so that I can safely use NATO ammo.  Anyone know a company offering this service and how much it costs? Or, would I be better off just replacing my barrel?

Heck, if you don't have a chrome lined chamber/bore, all you'd need is a finish hand reamer.

Sell your barrel for $x, buy a new barrel for $x + $z. You now have a new barrel for $z which will probably be cheaper than paying to have it screwed with.
