The Geissele Gas Pedal was a selector developed for some acronym group or another. It had a 45 degree throw from safe to fire, and then another 45 degrees to full auto, but it had no detent at that setting, and had a spring that made it so you have to exert positive pressure to hold the selector in that position. The idea being, you're doing most of your shooting in semi auto, and then if the need arises you can push the selector over to full auto and let rip a quick (or long) burst, and as soon as you're done the selector moves itself back to semi auto. I am going to be attempting this with an FRT. Since I'm not aware of any selectors on the market that are 45/90 degrees, I'll be trying it with a Gorton87 modified Griffin 60/120 for the Partisan Disruptor. I'm going to affix a spring of some sort to the right side of the receiver that reacts on the right side (ambi) selector lever when pushed from 60 degrees to 120, and fill in the third detent hole. Oh shit... OOOOOHHHHH SHIT!! The V2 ARC-Fire has a 45-90 degree selector. I'm going to postpone my project until this is available. This is going to take the best FRT on the market and make it better.  The BEST FRT on the market just got better! The ARC Fire V2 from AS Designs! I don't have the slightest clue about the patent rights. This is just a passion project of mine. I believe various people have contacted Geissele, trying to get them to make the Gas Pedal again, and they just replied with some version of "It's a military contract item, we're not making them for civilians."
