Are they good to go?  I ordered an upper reciever almost a month ago and have not heard a thing from them.  I see it says to wait 30 days before inquiring about your order.  No responses to my emails or voicemails.  Let it ride???

It took just over a month for me to receive an upper I ordered in early January.  The product did arrive and it is of good quality.  You should be fine.

I placed an order for a complete upper back in the beginning of January  and have not heard or seen from  them. i think it may be delayed due to bcg availability

i have a couple of their uppers.
You will eventually get it.  They've always been responsive to my emails, but that was before this current craze.

Unfortunately, this is sort of par for the industry right now.

At most places the time frame given is in business days, so 30 days equals 6 weeks.

They are good people and you will get your order but it will take time.

Dayyyummmm!  I kind of wish I hadn't red that thread now.  I'm going to keep my order with them for now, but will 100% be looking around for a different Upper purely based on principle.  That has got to be the WORST customer service I've EVER heard of!!!!   If you cannot handle the demand with the staff you have HIRE MORE, Jackasses.

At some point the demand dies, then you slow down and have to lay off workers. Sometimes it is a smarter business decision to not hire more people. I get what you are saying, but patience is what is required when ordering from anyone right now. Order it and forget about it.

I have personally dealt with the owner. They are a stand up company.  Their uppers also shoot very well. From what I was told, bcg's have been the hang up. With their pricing, they have been slammed.

Got my shipping confirmation yesterday on a complete upper reciever (no barrel).  Wanted to let you all know in case you have something on order from them.  Order was placed on 2-7-13 so I guess it's not too bad.  Would have been nice of them to at least return an email, though.

I ordered an upper receiver on 1-29 and got a shipping notice on 3-9.

Same story here.  Ordered early Jan. and without word, showed up late Feb.  Pleasantly surprised with a quality product...especially for the price.  They never resorted to gouging and that earns BIG respect.

Secondly, if MN happens to pass their legislation on guns/business taxes or a number of other things, these guys are done.  I can sympathize with where they are at.  They are slow, but they are getting product out the doors and at some ridiculously good prices.

*My bull barrel is heavy;)

Just as a follow up:

Had a certified Master Gunsmith install the RedX upper today. Fit and finish receives an A- due to the fact that the grooves or locators for the charging handle are tight tight tight!  I suppose they'll wear in though.  overall it seems like a very nice fit.  Now I gotta figure out what to do with the A2 upper before it goads me into building another AR at stupid prices lol.  Probably better off to sell it.  Any recommendations as to an asking price and where to list it?

Anyone who ordered a 16" straight fluted barrel just got moved up one spot.

I emailed a cancelation to them and 10min later they emailed back that they confirmed my cancelation.
