I have a new 10.5" 300 blk upper from Hardened Arms and need to remove the flash hider to install my suppressor.
I have a proper fitting wrench and have pulled on it pretty hard without movement.
I do not want to damage the new upper.
Is there a recommended procedure for removal of the flash hider?

Reaction rod and a vise will do it.

Use barrel blocks to secure it.

You can damage the upper If you don't use the right tools.
