[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Remove optics

Do you remove your optics when you clean your upper?
I have a Aimpoint CompM2 with a LaRue Q.D. mount, it just seems easier to me.

Comp m4 and 3x mag. I don't remove them unless I have to. Just a preference either way I suppose.

yes, I remove my optics that use LaRue mounts when cleaning

Nope, I leave them on. I use a Tipton Gun Vise and don't see the need to remove the optics.

Nope. And my other scopes have scope covers.
