I picked up a barrel recently with a F-marked FSB. I removed all of the pins and the damned FSB does not want to come off. It will not budge at all. It seems like the damn FSB is part of the barrel. ARGH!

Anyone have any suggestions on removing it?

Place it vertically.  Spray it with KANO Aero kroil and let it set for a day or so.  Little tap here, then there, twist and off.
It's just got a bunch of crud (carbon) under it.

PB Blaster or Kroil, a little soak time and a rubber mallet ought to do the trick.

Do the oil thing and then smack the top of the FSB sideways with a non marring hammer to break the carbon bond.
