| I was wondering how hard is is to strip the whole trigger group out of the lower and reassemble? I found a website where is told a cheap way to get a little smoother and lighter trigger on a DPMS and would like to try it but wanted to check here before parts started flying (I've learned my lesson from previous experiences)! |

Simple to remove....just take your time...control the springs (so they dont go shooting across the room) and dont force anything when you are putting it back together. Everything fits nicely together....it shouldnt take blunt force to re-assemble. Typically i will release the pressure on the hammer by lowering it forward....thengrasping the hammer firmly as I push the cam through from one side. Once that cam is out, the other parts come out easily. The fiirst time, pay attention to how everything fits together....its really a pretty simply design. |
