Hi guys! I have a couple of questions. I definately want to get my hands on an LE1020 at least before the election. Is there any recent news on when we can expect these to start appearing? Also where is the best place to reserve myself one? It would be nice if I could get it about income tax return time in early spring but if I have to dip into my savings then so be it. Afterall what better to dip into savings for? |

I recently spoke with someone in LE sales at Colt. He said it still isn't official but they are slowly moving in the direction of producing a gas piston rifle. I dont think Colt is even taking orders so I would be surprised if any dealers would be taking any at this time as well. ETA: If you dont already have one, get yourself a 6920 while they are still abundant and reasonably priced. |

There was a thread about the piston Colt less than 30 days ago, but I can't seem to find it with search. IIRC, there's at least one dealer taking pre-orders. Again, IIRC the price was $1600.
