You'll be fine, they are a small operation.  With everything going on it will take time.

I have one of their uppers and love it,

I have read negative press on their customer service. They took my money approx 5g's for multiple uppers. The dates keep extending when I call. Do they source parts or are they the actual makers of the parts for the uppers.

I got my upper that I ordered from them 12/23.  It took them over 2 months to ship with no communication.  It took over 2 weeks after they charged my card until the upper actually arrived.  Quality seems to be great.  You will be ok, just don't expect any sort of customer service.

Ordered my upper in Dec 2012, just received it  2 days ago. Like said above, the customer service (or the lack of) SUCKS! I sent an email asking about my order and they had told me they cancelled it! So out of the blue my card was charged and I get an upper in the mail. So you will get... Just dont hold your breath on quick, friendly service

Are you sure? as far as I know they don't charge until they're filling the order. I haven't been charged for my $4k in orders yet. I wish I would be!

I ordered a few items from them in January, and just received them, so I guess just be patient. As with any parts these days.

There's another thread in the General Firearms section, and it appears the average wait time is about 2 months.

I ordered a black BCG in mid January and just got an e-mail saying it "would" ship in 10days. From what I gather they seem to be a small LGS that also does Internet sales. With recent events they're like a single 7-11 store trying to supply the entire city of Los Angeles.

I knew I'd have to wait until spring to see my order, but I also paid $70 for a part that was marketing at 2X that everywhere else. That seems to be the trade off with Rguns: Fair prices, just don't do anything besides shut up and wait, for a few months. Unless you live in MD, MN or CO you should be cool!

Last time I looked, M & A parts still had uppers in stock.

They are a small gunshop in a mall.
