I asked this in the optics question but didn't have any luck.

I have a Remington 700 ADL in 30-06 as my long range rifle - also to be used for hunting if need be.

I have two optics choices right now.  One is a Springfield Armory 4-14X56 Second Generation Government Model with their rangefinding reticle.

The other one is a Bushnell Trophy series 6-20X50 with a standard plex reticle.

Which is the better scope from a standpoint of optics, reliability, quality, and magnification?

I originally put the Springfield scope on my NM M1A, but right now I'm using the Irons on that.  If I decide to, I guess I'll put the other scope on the M1A someday.
