Can anyone tell me what the threads are on the rifle buffer tube at the at where the buttstock is secured?

Looks like 1-3/16" - 16

I'm not looking for the thread that goes into the lower receiver.  Looking for the thread in the end of the actual buffer tube which secures the actual buttstock in place.

ETA - it's not a normal screw though, it has a hole through the center to vent as well if you were needing to know to grab one at the hardware store or something

I believe that one is 1/4 - 28, but I don't have one on hand to verify.

Yep, it's a special vented screw.

Sometimes these screws are heavy with thread locker which can cause problems if they're not cleaned off a bit.
Run the correct tap into the tube if you had an issue, to be sure the internal threads are clean.
Use a screw driver that properly fills the slot in the screw.

Be advised you're going to require that vent hole with all the rice paddy shooting you'll be doing! Just sayin'....
