What ring height would I need on a flat top AR-15 with a 12.0 DD forearm? I am thinking of mounting a Bushnell 3200 3-9 40mm with Leupold rings.

ARMS #22 high with a Leupold 3-9X36, but would work nicely with a 40mm objective as well. The rail system is KAC, but it is close enough to DD for reference.
