I've got a "Few" and they are sub MOA when I do my job.  100% reliable never an issue.

I had an EO2 midlength for a few years.  Thousands of rounds, did just fine.

She was a heavy bitch, though.

I have two. Love them.  No problems as of yet.  Accurate as hell, but they are heavy.

I wonder if it would lighten it up if I removed the quad-rail, and replaced it with a MOE handguard?

It will lighten it up a few ounces. You will still have some weight do to the heavy barrel.  My handloads are sub MOA out of this rifle.

One word:  Loctite.  Be advised if trying to remove your buffer tube for whatever reason.

I love mine. Only 60 rounds through it, but very accurate.
