So, basically I've been working on this build since about October 2012 and I'd like to get input on my part list and input on the few remaining items left. Thanks in advance

Mix of a Midway USA and Amazon spree (Amazon blew me away with the amount of AR parts in stock) Magpul MIAD Grip-Black Magpul Aluminum Enhanced Trigger Guard-Black ADE Buffer Tube Kit-Comm. (Tube, Spring, Buffer, Detent, Endplate) Magpul STR Stock-Comm-Black YHM .750 Lo-Pro Gas Block DPMS Mid-Length Gas Tube x2 Charge Handle Roll Pin/Latch Spring ALG Enhanced Trigger Double Star Charging Handle w/ Ambi Latch (Will switch with a Badger Ord. Tac Latch Gen 1) Need to Buy Upper Receiver-Tired of waiting for a VLTOR MUR1A so I'll try to pick up an Aero sometime this week. Front Sling Point Muzzle Break/Hider Iron Sights- Magpul MBUS most likely Optic-Primary Arms M3 Dot w/ High Cantilever most likely Gas Tube Roll Pin(s) Any comments on other additions or any helpful tips are much needed. I'm really hoping to get this finished before May when I have to start preparing for Nursing School in the fall. |

gas block should come with tube roll pin. DPMS upper receivers are in stock at midway I think. Sadly, the YHM's don't, I was under the impression of that too until I did a little reading. Those upper's are slicksides, I'm needing a stripped with the deflector and FA. Really appreciate the help though. |

Looks like the DPMS upper with FA and ejection port cover is in stock, hope it helps!

If you go to their FB page it will tell you how to get set up for text or tweets when they have their uppers in stock. Yeah, I'm not going to spend the money without being 100% positive. Actually signed up for the alerts Saturday afternoon, followed their Twitter, and liked their Facebook. I've also got a page monitor checking the stripped Aero upper link. I can see them putting stock up tomorrow while I'm in class and whipping out the credit card in the middle of a lecture just to buy. Oh well, gotta do, what you gotta do. |
