I am going to store about 20 30 round mags (loaded) and have another 20 unloaded. What would be a good time to rotate the mags to give the springs a rest? These are OKAY mags.

The general consensus seems to be that use (i.e. loading and unloading) wears out a mag. Keeping it loaded shouldn't cause any wear.
