[ARCHIVED THREAD] - SAM-R clone

Ok so I want to start building a clone of the Sam-R. I'm having trouble deciding on what lower to start with. I looked at several from noveske, busmaster,dpms,stag and spikes tactical. For some reason i always seem to go back and look at the spikes lower. So my question is would this lower be a good start on the rifle i want to build or are there any other suggestions that i should look at

Thanks for the link. It was really informative. I'm new to the site, so I wasn't sure that the topic had been covered in such great detail. It's goimg to be slow going on the build due to cost however, I will certainly post pics once it is complete.
