I want to upgrade my barrel and use the m4 barrel for another rifle. From the description below what barrel would best fit my rifle ?

I have a Del-Ton m4 with Ergo F93 stock, houge grip, Vortex 1-4 in a ADM mount, Samson mfg 11" ff rail, 16" m4 barrel with a Rainier Arms XTC, Elzetta zorm with a Fenix tk12 and a Vickers 2pt sling.

Cuz you suck and we hate you...

But seriously, I am very happy with my White Oak Armament SPR barrel.  I went with the rife length gas system.  How do you like the Vortex?  Mine is the 6.5-20 Viper, but I am thinking of getting the 1-4 for 3 gunning.

My best group with Blackhills 77gr SMK.  I am working on reloading for it now.

If you have an 11" rail and plan to use it on this build you will need a barrel with a mid length gas system.
If you want a barrel with a  rifle length gas system then you need a rifle length rail 12 3/8" more or less.
That being said any barrel fits any upper but all barrels are not of the same quality, if you want accuracy stay away from chrome lining and $125 barrels..then again some $200 barrels will shoot as good as some $400 barrels.

your rifle seems to be geared for deployment with a 16 inch barrel.  I would suggest one of BCM's fine SS 16 inch barrels with the ION Bond black finish.  I have one of their 18 inch SS Barrels with ION Bond black finish and to be honest with you its the cat's ass.

16 incher16 inch ion bond

this is the SPR barrel I got...The Cat's ASS

of course you can get both options in white steel...

best wishes on whatever you choose

Lothar Walthar LW50 barrel. Made out of stronger steel then others and VERY accurrate.

I pulled the 10th shot and knew it before I saw the target. Even with the 10th shot its .8moa.

Lothar Walthar is the company, spikes uses them and used to sell them on their website, call them up and see if they will still send them to you.

Also LW50 barrels are the barrel LaRue uses in all of their rifles.

I called LW and if memory serves me right they wanted 600 bucks for an SPR.  Doesnt make sense when you can buy them for 250 for a standard 20 inch from sun devil.

Highly recommend Ranier Arms UltraMatch barrels....you may have to wait for a back order, but the have multiple choices in length/gas.  I've heard there Match series of barrels is pretty nice too..they around $225-$250 iif I remember correctly.

For a midlength gas system, I'd go with a Daniel Defense 18" middy barrel.

I like my WOA, but it's hard to argue with LaRue using LW.

The BCM spr profile barrel that I linked to in the above post is a great barrel for the price...the fact that it is sold out a lot supports this...

I'm not 100% sure but I think LW provides BCM with this particular barrel as well.

If you do good research you will find that lots of different companies tend to sell their higher grade barrels that come from the same manufacturers.  LW makes excellent parts and their barrels get sold by lots of folks at decent price points.

Noveske's 18" SPR  barrel comes with what Noveske calls "intermediate" length gas which is at 11", so the gas block would start right at the end of your 11" rail.

Here it is with Noveske's 11" SWS rail...

The photo above shows it with the switchblock (adjustable gas block), but it'll look nearly identical with their regular gas block.

I have that barrel in my SPR.  It isn't cheap, but it's incredibly accurate (well under 1 MOA), and supposedly one of the most durable stainless barrels on the market.

ETA - added a picture.
