I've been looking into my options as far as an "SPR" upper, and have come up with nothing.    Help would be greatly appreciated.

What I am looking for:
20" (4150 steel) 1/7" Government Profile Barrel (5.56 Chamber is a must)
Free Float Quad Rail
Low-profile OR Integrated flip-up front sight OR Picatinny: Gas Block

Basically something like this:

SAM-R

Anyone know of a company or manufacturer making anything like that?

Try ADCO or MSTN or several others. I bought my SPR clone upper from ADCO. Very pleased with the workmanship.

Ha, I just built one yesterday



I'd like to keep my TA31F on it, since I already have a Mk12 Mod1 clone with a Leupold 3.5-10X Mk4 scope.



MSTN or ADCO will hook you up if you don't want to build it yourself and miss all the fun
