[ARCHIVED THREAD] - ST-22 Lower Question

This might be a dumb question, but I'm gonna ask it...the Spike's Tactical ST-22 lower is available at a shop 120 miles from me and I was thinking about going and buying it, it's marked .22LR, but does that mean it's different from their .223/5.56 lowers?..IE does it accept and work with normal AR magazines and uppers?

It works on a normal AR-15 lower receiver. Drop it in, load a mag, and start shooting.
