| Does the SuperiorWeaponssystems handguards have any external antirotational feature like Troy or Larue? |
It mounts on a proprietary steel barrel nut then there are 6 screws that attach the rail to the barrel nut. If installed properly, it will not move but there isn't a true anti-rotational feature. The nice feature about the SWS rails is the price. You get 2 barrel nuts for perfect index & also the barrel nut tool all included in the price. |
The only way the SWS tube is going to rotate is if the barrel nut is coming loose. Obviously if this happens, you have bigger issues than a slightly rotated handgaurd.
