| I have been trying to contact Sableco to see if they carry ARMS #21 30mm NATO STANAG scope rings but they have not respond to my e-mail or returned my phone calls. Is anyone else having trouble contacting them? |
| He'll get back to you, and he's got the best service you'll ever find. Anymore, checking with Donnie for availability on something I want is pretty much automatic. Hell, I don't even ask him how much something is; I know he'll have a great price, so I just ask him how much to send. |
|
I emailed Donnie a few days ago regarding availability of some RRA parts. After not getting a reply for 2-3 days, I attempted to call him a couple times (3:00 and 4:30pm) but got no answer. Today I called about 12:30 in the afternoon and talked to him directly. Got my questions answered and my order placed. An invoice was Emailed to me immediately after I hung up. Seems like a good guy, if a bit tough to track down... but if Sable Co is his "side job" then that's more than understandable. There's a message on the web site that says he's going to be expanding and adding personnel in the near future, so hopefully that will make contacting him easier. |

Donny is top notch imo...they just dont make em any better.. I dont bother to ask how much either..just send him an email and he keeps the credit card on file..day or two what ever I order shows up and the price is always right... which reminds me got to get another order in.. |

Yep he is the guy in this field. Most of the times it is not EVEN necessary to ask prices - but sometimes if his prices are a bit higher than others - I will just order from him anyway. I would gladly pay a few more bucks to avoid all the crap like "we're out of stock" or something like that. He will promptly inform you everything you ask prior to the ordering. |
Donnie is a good guy. Sometimes he can be harder to get a hold of. Talk to his wife. She helps out. mark |

One of our great customers from this board sent me this link as he knows I am often too busy to check out the posts. First, I would like to thank all of you for the kind words about SABLE CO., and myself. I started this company 6 years ago to supplement my income, and to provide excellent prices on great equipment. Being a fulltime LEO working 3rd shift does present some problems though. I am also a 10 year member of my departments tactical team, and I am a state certified Sniper for our team. I am also one of our Firearms Instructors/Range Officers, and I am also an Accident Reconstructionist. As you can tell, I am subject to call out at anytime and also am required to train often. My goal was to build SABLE CO. up enough that I would be able to run the company full time when I retire which is still several years down the road. SABLE CO. took off a few years ago, and I find myself basically working 2 full time jobs. I'm not complaining though, as I truly enjoy meeting and talking to my customers. I have added some part time help with our accounting, and website updating. I have been looking for suitable sales assistance, but the search is tougher than I thought. It bothers me to get behind, and I work a lot of hours trying to keep up, but I get a bit overwhelmed at times. I truly appreciate the understanding, and will always do my best to take care of my customers as soon as I can. Also, to AR15a292f, I left a message on your machine today, and will try to call you again. Just for another heads up, I will most likely be sent to Patrol Rifle Instructors School the first week of Oct., and will be unavailable by phone that week. IF you know what you want when you call, you can leave the information on the machine, and we will process the order. I will post on our website, and change the answering machine to reflect this. Again, thank you all for the continued support, and I will work hard to try and keep up and add staff when I can. Thanks! Donnie Pridemore www.sableco.net |
| I spoke with Donnie today and ordered my ARMS #21 scope rings. He is truly a pleasure to deal with just as all of you have said. I mentioned that I found him through AR15.com and that he has a lot of strong supporters out here, of which I am now one. Thanks again for great service Donnie. |

I'm with new-arguy and jeh and all the other guys on this thread about not letting this go w/o saying what a great guy Donnie is!!! Alway's friendly and very up front with you.Great service and not one time has he let me down. Even when he hasn been hard to get a hold of, he has called me back and answered all questions and concerns. His wife is equally as nice and reliable. Thanks Donnie, and hope all goes well with you and yours!!! The So. FL. guy. Exnavarm |

In the car and not pictured are a bunch of rifles with about everything I ever wanted fro them. the only reason I was able to get the stuff is for his great pirces. Look, this guy is great. I owe a lot of what I know and most of what I own to him. It is RARE I will get anything AR, Surefire or blade related anywhere else. Do yourself a favor. Check him out; www.sableco.net |
| I received my ARMS #21 scope rings from Donnie at Sable Co. today. Matched to my ARMS #2 carry handle mount I feel that I have the best 30mm scope mounting system for a carry handle AR15. Now I have to pick a 30mm scope for my 20" AR15A2. The service from Donnie at Sable Co. is great. Thanks again. |

After a couple weeks of not hearing anything, I Emailed Donnie yesterday to check the status of my order (M4 upper, 9mm barrel and misc. small parts). He replied that I had good timing, as the order had gone out that day via USPS Priority Mail. :-) Should have it by the weekend... I'm stoked! Once again, props to Donne & Sable Co! |
