Looking to buy my first AR. I seem to have found a good deal on a Sabre Defence SR-15.
What's the ARFCOM opinion on these?

buy it if its a factory gun.

Does the lower have the "thundercat" logo or just text?

Top notch manufacturing. I have a few lower receivers of theirs and am highly impressed.

What's the seller asking for it?

Is that the one with the polymer lower? Sabre Defence makes great guns I just personally don't like the polymer lowers.

This is how the lower is described "Stock Integral with Polymer lower and pistol grip".
Havn't seen it in person yet and can't tell from the pic.

As long as you don't mind how the lower looks then I would say to get it.

Sabre is quality. I am not a fan of the plastic stuff but Sabre is good to go.

Good deal. I don't know anything about their polymer stuff but for that price, I'd be out the door already.

I like their barrels.

If it were me I'd skip the lower, buy the upper, and find you a decent forged aluminum lower to go with it.
