[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Samson Evolution Rail Wiggles

So I just installed a 15" Samson Evolution rail. Everything lined up right and I tightened the two bolts on the bottom as much as they would go. If you take the end of the rail near the muzzle it will wiggle without any effort about 1/4 inch on each side left to right. Is this normal?

Turns out I'm a wuss... I heard the metal start making a straining noise and I thought the screws were tightened all the way. The instructions say not to over tighten... well I went at it and really got them snug down, no more wiggle

Yes those little screws can put you on edge...
