[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Scope Alignment

I' having trouble deciding how to align my scope. Do I align verticle with an imaginary line through the center of my stock, or is there some other better reference? When I squared the scope with my receiver, it looks tilted (just a bit) when I shoulder my rifle using a natural point of aim.TIA

The rifle scope is aligned to the rifle. You could be holding the rifle a bit off but as you change from standing, to kneeling, sitting, and to prone you'll change the hold on the weapon.
