Hello,

currently  i own a 18in bench rest gun and i have a nikon m223 2-8x32 on it.

This gun is super heavy so i decided to build another AR for Scope use.. " any excuse for another AR right lol"

aways i was going to go with 2 options..

i was either going to get a 12x scope for the SPR and move the 8x scope this my new rifle "dont have the best eyes"

Or get a lower powered scope for the new gun and work on 50 yards and less.

i am looking for an opinion on which way to go and what scope to get.

I have heard the turrets on the M223 can get lose so i am not apposed to looking at another brand maybe Leupold ? I will say my scope has not walked on me yet.

if i go on the lower power scope option it seems like the nikon 3x seems pretty good or the PA arms 3x scope or there 1-4X Illuminated scope.

If i go up to the 12x power scope i can go with nikon or Leupold or any other scope in that price range.

And input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
