I am purchasing the Burris 2-7x35 Fullfield II Tactical Scope to go on top of my RRA Middy.  Need to know which mount to use to obtain NTCH cheek weld and be ok with the scope's eye relief.  Also need to clear a BUIS (haven't decided which one, yet...any suggestions?).

You're going to need to place the scope further forward, either with an extended rail or a LaRue mount (SPR or SPR-E).

I have the same scope mounted on a Wilson Combat Low mount. A LaRue or Armalite will give you the cheek weld you are looking for. The Wilson mount won't quite do it. I'm very happy with mine and it's a good value. When you finally get yours, check the indexing on the TAC knobs. The scope is 1/2 moa, but the knobs are 1/4 moa. Call Burris and they will eventually send the correct ones. I am still waiting on mine.

With the Wilson mount will you be able to mount a BUIS?

There is 7/8" clearance. An ARMS 40L will fit and is what I will probably put on mine. You will not get the cheek weld you mentioned. With the mount at its most forward position, the eyepiece is directly above the end of the lower receiver. I don't have a problem with it and actually find it quite comfortable.
