What kind of options do you have for it .
I hate the scope coat cover that came with it .

what kind of ACOG? normal or compact?

as for the rear cap a standard Butler Creek cap should work just fine in both normal and compact ACOGs.

someone on this board used to sell a aluminum front flip cap for normal ACOG...I cant remembere who....maybe MTSN...

another solution for the front lens could be using a ARD alone or with a Butler Creek cap on it.

I think the way to go is with accesoreis not caps.

RIght now I have killflashes on mine, but that's kinda useless to me.

ARmageddon is a little way off and I'm never gonna have to worry about glint alerting the zombies to my presence.

#3 on my to-do list for my AR's (behind upgrading all the bolts and getting h buffers) is Progressive Machine And Tool caps for my acogs's.

pop em shut and you have the occluded eye usage with MUCH better reticle resolution for heads up close-in use.

not PERFECTLY on in terms of aim and point of impact, but it's more (for me at least) for indoors use if you ahve to use it in a competition or G-d forbid for real.

ETA: its also a really good simple cap, if an expensive one!

ETA2: the army's new acogs have butler creek caps, the fornt looks to be over the killflash
