[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Scope mounts

Since I have deceided on the scope I want(leupold VXIII2.5-8x36) What mounts will work best? The gun will have a front site tower so I want it to cleared in the scope view.
I like the looks of the larue mount but will I need a spacer for it?
