I have a growing collection of vintage Weaver scopes, and most of them, while in great shape, could use a little TLC, particularly the adjustment rings (objective, magnification ring on the variable, eyepiece focus) are super tight and could use some cleaning/lube. Weaver's site says to call them to get info on how and how $ to repair scopes. OK, I'll call them. In the meantime, does anyone have any experience with them (vs. someone else like Parson's) refurbing old scopes? Thanks. |
