I have a Dpms 308. I am wanting to put a red dot on it for hunting hogs. Any ideas on one that will hold up? I don't want to too expensive.

Aimpoint makes a very rugged red dot. I have a T1 and a Comp M4 on two of my AR's and have been very pleased with them.

I have an Aimpoint Comp M2. A used one can be had for 300 or so. Awesome red dot.

you can have a brand new aimpoint pro for less than 400.00.

If you want a Red dot, I'd recommend a Aimpoint Comp M4s. Lower battery storage is super.

I have a TA11, on a .308. Super fast, love it. But not cheap. The extra eye relief is nice on the .308
