Do i need to get a riser or anything to mount a scope on my rifle since it has a FSB? I am planning on getting a VLTOR CASV that will raise the rail a little, but i was curious if even then i would have problems seeing my FSB. Any advice?

With a magnified optic you wont see the FSB at all....

at about 3.5x, I dont notice the fsb on a carbine..

Cool i was thinking of getting the Nikon 3-9x40 Pro Staff. I just didnt want to get it and then not be able to use it cause of the FSB, and then i would have to build another rifle to use the scope... hmmm on second thought...
