IM thinking about building my second AR. Where is a good place to buy a stripped lower receiver? My last one was a R guns lower and I bought a Complete upper from blackthorne products. Where is a good place to buy the upper?

Palmetto State armory has had several good deals lately. I go that direction.

As for other recommendations, ANYWHERE other than blackthorne.

I am going to build it to chamber the 7.62x39. and palmetto is sold out of everything

Be patient and wait. Do not buy sub-par parts just because they are in stock.

Get an Aero Precision upper...http://aeroprecisionusa.com/shop/ar15-stripped-upper-receiver or http://aeroprecisionusa.com/shop/ar15-a4-assembled-upper
these are stripped so you can just add a 7.62 barrel.. instead of waiting for a complete upper to come in stock... build your own.

I would also suggest building a custom upper, or at least getting one put together for you with the parts your want.
