Started my first build in March, 5.56 16" style, and at that time I also ordered a blem black lower from Aero.
My BRD kicked in and saw a deal I couldn't pass up. Doing a 300 bkout pistol and saw that Aero was having a Fathers day sale. Got a blem upper with no forward assist, they are available but you have to call, and a pistol gas tube, to get order over 50.00 for shipping. 53.00 for the upper and 15.00 for the tube less 10% and free shipping. Couldnt pass it up. Now off scavngering for other deals for the build. What do you think PS I asked them when they will be having a pistol barrel in 300bkout. Its in the works. |

I was going to start a topic on 300 bkout barrels.
I am looking at between 7.5 and 8.5" Will be using a 9" UTG super slim and a KAK slim flash can. I want the can to extend past the end of the rail but have the barrel covered. The flash can is 3.25" including the threads. Word of note. Aero is already making a blackout barrel but it a little out of my price range. Their 5.56 7.5 " barrel is 150.00 but the 8" 300 bkout barrel is 210.00. Scratching my head. Anybody know of a value barrel for 300 bkout between 7.5 and 8.5"? Thanks for any responses. JBL |
