I'm building a Varmint style rifle....Timney Trig, PRS, Badger guards......bipod and scope only....

My question is what barrel should I get?  I am thinking a 20" Bull with a 1:7 twist (if that is findable).....what do you guys recommend for the greatest range and accuracy and where should I get it from?

Dont get a 1/7 if its for varmints.  You will be shooting lighter ballistic tipped bullets.

When I say Varmint, I actually use that term just to mean a long range accuracy based gun that will be laying on something when it is shot.....I live in Missouri where we have hills every where and the smallest varmints we can hunt are coyotes.....

That being said, which ammo (gr?) will provide the most range /accuracy (not really interested in the amount of energy once it gets there so long as it will punch through paper) and which barrel for it?
