Someone asked me if I was willing to ship a ar-upper complete to Connecticut, I am hesitant because the law is so broad.
Anyway standard upper, railed gas block, a2 flash suppressor, anyone have any opinions.

Parts alone are not illegal. "Assault" Weapons as a whole are unless you are a dealer or sworn law enforcement officer. What that person does with your upper is on them.
If you get a bad feeling about it at all, don't do it.
