[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Shooting Bench

So, I have been on the chainsaw all afternoon clearing a firing line through the woods to obtain a 100 yard shot. Now I need some good ideas for a comfortable shooting bench. I would like to set the posts in concrete and build a permanent bench. Any suggestions on height and or overall size? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

When my friend and I built his range we used 2x6's for a frame and plywood as back board and made it slotted so the plywood could just be swapped when needed.
Height was the height is the 2x6's
