I am building a 20" DSM WOA barrel on a flat top receiver.  WOA offers a drilled and tapped F front site which I would like to install, along with a flip down rear.  My question is -  can I still use a C-More type reflex sighting dot, (with the rear site down of course) or will the front site be too much into the reflex optics?  Are there any solutions other than a flip down front site, ie, can I raise the reflex?

Yes you can use the C-More, but it's beyond me why you'd want to...

I've used Cmores on pistols and lked them.  I haven't tried it on an AR but like its compact design, open field of vision.

What do you like better?

Aimpoints and EOTechs rule the Rifle world.  I think the only reason the pistol guys put up with C-mores is it's light weight.

If you want somethng inexpensive yet durable look at a SPOT, battery life isn't as good as the Aimpoints, but they are easy to zero with discrete click adjustment.
