What else works well Consider one that does single point as well as double point duty. I say that, because many people including myself tried a single, hated it, and went right back to a double. |

You can get the Tango Down PR16A4 Sling Mount For Fixed Stocks to add a QD socket on either side of the buttstock.
Then you can use any sling you want. I recommend the EMDOM / MM Gunslinger sling. It can go from 2 point to single point. For the front, I use an ITW mash hook and clip it onto the standard FSB sling swivel. You can then mount the rear to the Tango Down sling mount using a QD push button (which is included with the Tango Down mount). When you want to go to single point, you can then unclip the ITW mash hook from the front and clip it onto the D ring that's on the sling.
You could also use something like a Viking Tactics VTAC, Blue Force Gear or any other 2 point sling and use the IWC sling tri-glide which would take the place of the D ring that is sewed into the Emdom Gunslinger. |
I use this one by Troy Ind..
This one has been "coming soon" for a while, which replaces the buttplate. A few make one like the plate here on my wife's. IIRC, this one came from DPMS. GG&G makes a similar one with a more oblong hole, as well as one with a longer slot.

Daniel Defense makes the Burnsed Loop. That is a standard sling loop for A1/A2 stocks. The difference being the length of the stock screw. I have used them, and found them to be well made and easy to install. Just remove the stock body, slide on the loop, put the stock back on and you're done.
