is their a single point sling mount that allows me to fully restact my vltor carbine stock?

The Agency model wont I dont believe.

Their standard reciever plate will.

The agency adapter definitely prevents you from closing it completely.

My Vltor came with a sling plate. There isn't a name on it tho... /shrug

I need one that is easy to install like the GGG agency.

any one know about the tango down sling mount?

The TD and DD QD mounts that wrap around the buffer tube do not allow the stock to fully collapse. The KAC might allow it, but they have been unavailable for quite some time. (I've been hunting for them along with many others.)

If you just use a sling with an HK style hook on it, (like the Troy) those mounts do allow the stock to close, as do the Burnsed Loop mounts from DD.
