Second ring won't fit. Those are some very low rings. The middle section bottoms out on the base.  They sure look like a standard Weaver ring but the loop is integral with the bottom of the ring base. And I think it's aluminum. I'm not sure I can straighten or stretch it out enough to get it off the sight without ruining the ring. |

i found this out too when i was playing with my singlepoint. i am making my own mount with built in rings. if i were you i would get rid of the middle rails so the scope would sit flat and both rings could fit. i had the low mount weaver rings with an arms #2 mount. it just needed a little bit to sit flat. best way would be to mill the middle out. the way you have it now the scope is tilted up and just not right. if ya need help email me kevin |

Umm, that's mine. I left it on your bench by mistake. Please send it to me and I'll mount it properly on mine. Is this a one inch tube, right? There is a Colt handle mount at the Sportsman's guide that would work. The web page is temporarily down so I can't post a pic. |
