I am getting ready to purchase a single point Blue Force sling, buy cannot decide on the type of attachment. I have narrowed it down to the HK or the MASH hooks. I had originally decided to go with the HK, but then ran across the MASH and it looks like a good option. If anyone has used either or both your input would be appreciated.

The mash hook is much more reliable.  The HK hooks were originally designed for smaller loops than are used on ARs which allows it to twist and potentially pop open.

10-4, that is what I thought when I saw the MASH.

Thanks for the input.

I bought mine this morning from blueforcegear.com along with the one point sling. I have already received notification from UPS that it is on the way. Great service.

If it is between H&K and MASH, then go with MASH.  Far better and more secure.  I have twisted too many H&K hooks, while I was in the Army, to fully trust them.
