My buddy wants a new upper for his pre-ban colt. It has to have a 16" barrel, twist suitable for 55 grain, a vertical foregrip, flat-top, colt upper. Where should he buy this? Can you get an adapter for regular handgards for a vertical grip? Does Colt make an upper like this? I know that the grip will be seperate. Thanks -DEERSNIPER
